This recipe will not only taste like heaven and fill you after a long hiking day but it will also help you get the most out of your space.

Use your frozen soup as an ice pack to keep your drinks and snacks cool during the climb. Once you decide to eat, just heat the noodles and add the soup. You can cut the pouch in half and use it as a container or bowl for your meal. 

It will make up 2 to 3 servings so you can enjoy it with your friends.


1 udon noodle package 

½ cup edamames  

Chili flakes 

2 tablespoons olive oil 

½ cup of “Pea, Ginger & Some Coconut Soup”. You could add more if you like to

Salt and pepper



1. Cook noodles and edamames according to package instructions, until tender. Rinse under cold water.

2. Heat wok and add both noodles and edamames with a tablespoon of olive oil. Afterwards add ½ cup of Pea, Ginger & Some Coconut Soup and mix.

3. Finally add some chili flakes with a little bit of olive oil and enjoy!
