Q: How long do our soups last? ⏱

Once the soup is opened, keep it refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days.

Q: Can I freeze my soups? ⛄️

If your soups arrive cold, keep them in the fridge for up to 8 weeks, but if they arrive frozen you can keep them in your freezer for up to 9 months. 

The easiest way to enjoy them if they are frozen is to take them out of the freezer and into the fridge 1-2 days before, for it to thaw out. 

We don't recommend freezing your soups if they are already refrigerated since the texture can change when frozen. 

Q: How many servings does one pouch have? 🥣

2.5 servings per pouch.

Q: Are your soups free from allergens?

All of our products and manufacturing line are free from: Egg, Gluten, Soy, Dairy, Poultry.
Peanuts are processed in the facility.

Q: When will my order be shipped? 💁‍♀️

Your order will be shipped on Monday or Tuesdays. Just sit back and relax, we'll do all the chopping and cooking for you to enjoy a ridiculously tasty soup. 

Q: How long does it take for my soups to arrive? 👀

Once shipped it normally takes between 1 to 2 days.

 

SUBSCRIPTION AND ORDERS

Q: Is there any minimum commitment for a subscription? 💍

No, you already have many other commitments. We did not want you to have yet another one.
