I want to share a story with you…
When I was younger, I was fortunate enough to compete in the 2000 Olympics for sailing. To reach that goal, I had to actively train for over fifteen months spending 5-7 hours out on the ocean every day plus gym workouts on land.
As a professional athlete, I knew that I had to complement my training with the right fuel. So I met with nutritional specialists and learned first-hand about the importance of eating real, nutritious, and fresh foods. Eating right every day kept me energized and allowed me to perform at my best.
Fast forward a few years and now I’m a husband and father of 3! I thought I was busy before but man am I busy now. Thanks to my athlete days though we know the importance of eating clean, wholesome foods. My family and I are always looking for ways to eat healthier.
And that is really where the idea for I Eat My Greens was born. Whether it’s work, kids or fun keeping you away from the kitchen, we all have busy lives that make it difficult to eat right. So after meeting with more nutritional experts and researching what’s out there, I created this unique line of nutrient-dense, crazy tasty soups!
I value and understand the importance of eating quality food every day and I want to share that with everyone in a way that’s practical and easy for you to do.
This might sound cheesy but people share stories with me every week at the Farmer's Market about how these soups have helped them live a healthier life and it means so much to me! As an entrepreneur, I’m honored to create something that people both enjoy and that helps them live their best life.
