Carrot  

Good source of beta-carotene, fiber and vitamin K. Also a good source of antioxidants.

Sweet Potato  

Good source of vitamin A and C. The fiber and antioxidants in sweet potatoes are advantageous to gut health. Rich in beta-carotene and anthocyanins, antioxidants that may help improve eye health.

Turmeric 

Helps to reduce systemic inflammation and boosts the immune system. It's a good source of vitamin C, manganese, iron and potassium.

Coconut Cream

It may help to improve your cholesterol levels. Rich in vitamins and minerals.
