Filtered water, broccoli, onions, olive oil, sunflower seeds, leek, carrots, pumpkin seeds, sea salt, garlic and potassium salt.

Broccoli

Great source of vitamin K and C, a good source of folate (folic acid) and also rich in potassium and fiber.

Sunflower Seeds

Rich in healthy fats and an excellent source of several nutrients like vitamin E and selenium.

Celery

Rich in vitamins A, K, and C, plus minerals like potassium and folate.

Pumpkin Seeds

High in vitamin E and selenium, good source of phenolic acids and flavonoids (antioxidants).

Carrot

Good source of beta-carotene, fiber and vitamin K. They are also a good source of antioxidants.

Onion

Potassium Salt

(Also known as Potassium Chloride Salt) is a naturally occurring mineral salt, which is obtained from rock and sea salts.

It is generally used as a recommended salt substitute. We use it to reduce the amount of sea salt (therefore sodium) in our soups.
