Our soups are perishable. and don't contain any preservatives. Always keep them refrigerated or frozen.
If you ordered your soups online and received them refrigerated (not frozen), they have a shelf life of 8 weeks and must be kept refrigerated at all times.
If you ordered your soups online and received them frozen you can store them in the freezer for up to one year.
If you bought your soup at a retail store, look for the best by date on the label.
Once a soup is opened, keep storing it in your fridge and enjoy it within 3 days.
If your soups arrived cold, keep them in the fridge, but if they arrived frozen you can keep them in the freezer for up to one year.
We do not recommend freezing your soups if you did not received them frozen.

I Eat My Greens is all about making veggies taste delicious! Our kids loved them. We hope yours do too =)
It's a naturally occurring mineral salt, which is obtained from rock and sea salts.
It is generally used as a recommended salt substitute. We use it to reduce the amount of sea salt (therefore sodium) in our soups.

US shipments: At the moment we ship to every state in the US except for HI, AL, GA, FL, NC, SC, VA, WV, VT, ME, NH, CT. But stay tuned because we are expanding our reach.
Once we ship your order, it will arrive in 1 to 4 days depending on your location.
Our 5-packs are designed to ship to Southern California only.
International shipments: We don't ship internationally yet. But stay tuned!

Subscription and Orders Related:
Once logged in, click on Manage Subscription located at the right side of your screen to access all your subscription settings:
To change frequency, click on Change Frequency and select your favorite frequency.
To pause, look for Subscription Status and click on Pause Subscription.
To skip, scroll down and click on Manage upcoming orders, then click on Skip Order on the orders you would like to skip.
To edit (change flavors), scroll down and click on Manage upcoming orders. Then click on Make your selections to choose your favorite flavors, and finally click on Save Selections.
To cancel just click on Cancel Subscription, but before you do please get in touch with us so we can go above and beyond for you.
